Wed in Elk Point Ben and Lynsey Klunder and Alex Dawdy announce the marriage of their parents, Donald James Klunder and Lynn Marie Rydstrom-Dawdy in a private ceremony on Jan. 5, in Elk Point. Tim and Jenelle Irwin witnessed this ceremony.
They reaffirmed their vows on July 7, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Elk Point, with Pastor Mary Fiester officiating. Maid of Honor was Sherry Rousselle of Colorado Springs, CO, sister of the groom. Bridesmaids were Joy Schuldt of Elk Point, friend of the bride and Crista Johnson of Jefferson, friend of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Tiffany Moore of Vermillion, cousin of the bride. Flower girls were Colby Irwin of Elk Point, niece of the bride and Lynsey Klunder of Elk Point, daughter of the couple. Personal Attendants were Melissa Schuldt of Elk Point and Deanna Herren of Alcester, friends of the bride.
Best man was Brian Johnson of Jefferson, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Mike Shuldt of Elk Point, friend of the groom and Brian (Keeb) Elkins of Elk Point, friend of the groom. Junior groomsmen was Ben Klunder of Elk Point, son of the groom. Ring bearers were Alex Dawdy of Elk Point, son of the bride and Owen Rousselle, Colorado Springs, CO, nephew of the couple. Ushers were Jay Rydstrom and Bill Taggart of Vermillion.

The parents of the couple are the late Harold and Karen Klunder of Elk Point and Joyce and Chuck Rydstrom of Vermillion. The couple resides in Elk Point.
