Lang, Christensen receive honors

Lang, Christensen receive honors Alexis Lang and Clint Christensen have been announced as the First National Bank Students of the Month for October. Lang's activities are primarily in music and drama. She is involved with marching, pep, symphonic and jazz bands along with the show, jazz and concert choirs. Other organizations she is participating in include Young Democrats, Drama Club, German Club, Art Club, National Honor Society and the school musical. She is the daughter of Marlene Jacobson and Stephen Lang. Her college plans are to major in vocal performance and either English or a foreign language. Christensen plans to attend college majoring in engineering or language. Along with a strong academic record, Christensen is active in football, Spanish Club, Teens Against Tobacco Use and track. He was a Boys State selection this past summer and is an active member of the St. Agnes Youth Group. Along with his employment at Jones' Foods, he has found additional time to tutor freshmen students. Christensen is the son of Todd and Gail Christensen.
