Stach promoted by U.S. Marine Corps Marine Corps Reserve Cpl. Michael R. Stach, a 1996 graduate of Vermillion High School ,recently was promoted to his current rank while serving with 2nd Battalion, 24th Marines, 4th Marine Division, Des Moines, IA.
Stach was promoted based on sustained superior job performance and proficiency in his designated specialty.
Stach is the son of Gloria A. Barnes, Vermillion.
