The three best decorated homes in the city, according to judges, are those of (first place) Mary Geffre Johnson, 1516 E. Cherry; (second place) Mark and Cindy Karcher, 726 Canby; and (third place) Jerry and Kathy Anderson, 1009 James Street. Johnson, Karcher and Anderson received $100, $75 and $50 respectively in Vermillion Chamber of Commerce bucks.
