This year they've decided to do something different. They have donated a Polaris ATV, similar to this one, with a retail price of $6,500 to the United Way. United Way members, in turn, are selling raffle tickets with plans of giving the sport vehicle to the lucky winner. Ticket sales will begin Dec. 31, and United Way's fund-raising goal with this project is $10,000. Tickets will be sold by all United Way of Vermillion board members, by the local United Way's 2002 agencies, by Polaris Industries and by individuals throughout the Vermillion community. Tickets are $5 each or five for $20. The drawing for the ATV will be held March 31.
