Manning graduates from School of Mines Colleen Manning of Burbank was a candidate for a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the SD School of Mines and Technology during commencement ceremonies held Dec. 15 in Rapid City.
Approximately 90 students were candidates for degrees during Tech's 144th commencement.
