SESD Cattlemen's banquet planned Area cattlemen are invited to attend the annual Cattlemen's Banquet to be held Saturday, Feb. 23 in Vermillion. The program at the Eagles Club will start with a social at 6:30 p.m. followed by an banquet at 7 p.m.
Attendees will hear about recent state and national livestock production issues presented by John Rubendall of Sioux Falls, Technical Feeder Services director for the State Cattlemen's Association. Tonya Ness, vice president for Association Services, will give a review of recent statewide activities. The program will also include entertainment by Amy and Juli, area musicians. Gene Williams, well-known radio personality, will emcee the program.
The Southeastern South Dakota Cattlemen's Association is an area promotional organization for cow/calf, cattle feeders and dairy producers.
