3:30 p.m. � Lecture on the psychological effects of the violence in Northern Ireland, Teri Elliott, Farber Hall.

7:30 p.m. � Region 4A boys basketball championship, Elmen Center, Sioux Falls.

Wednesday, March 6

The USD Emeritus Club will meet at noon at the Silver Dollar Restaurant. The featured speaker will be Cleo Erickson, president of the Clay County Historical Society. She will share stories about family genealogies that she has researched over the years. Mrs. Erickson works extensively with the local historical society and has been extremely dedicated to the restoration of the Austin-Whittemore House in Vermillion.

Friday, March 8

WEAR RED DAY AT USD!!!

12:05 p.m. to 12:55 p.m. � Brown Bag Lunch, "Frank Sinatra/Tommy Dorsey Years, Part III," John D. Check, Central Missouri State University, America's Shrine to Music Museum.

The USD women's softball team will play in the Rebel Spring Games in Orlando, FL from March 8 to March 18.

8 p.m. � Musical concert, Indigenous: A Rocking Blues Band, Slagle Auditorium.

Saturday, March 9

1 p.m. � The USD men's baseball team will play NW Missouri State at St. Joseph, MO. Check the results at www.usd.coyotes.com.

Monday, March 11

Spring break begins at USD. Classes resume March 18.

Dance Marathon is April 5-6. (24 hours of activities like swimming, bowling, contests, dancing, and more). Register as soon as possible to be a dancer or morales captain. The money raised will benefit our area Children's Miracle Network. For more information, please contact the SAC office at 677-5334.
