Duncan exhibit up until April 26 A one-person exhibit of fine art by the artist Donna Duncan opened at the Washington Street Arts Center on April 6 and runs through April 26. This exhibit features works by the artist on a medieval theme.
An artspeak will be held Friday, April 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the center (corner of Cedar Street and Washington Street).
Gallery hours are 1 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 1 to 5 p.m. on weekends, except for April 13.
Duncan was born in Oakland, CA in 1952. She is a painter and a mixed media artist. She has been a resident of South Dakota since 1992.
Duncan graduated from Sinte Gleska University , Rosebud, in 1999, with a bachelor's degree. She is now attending The University of South Dakota in Vermillion working on a master's of interdisciplinary studies degree.
