A splash of color Members of Vermillion Girl Scout troops 439, 310, 179, 197 and 119 Members of Vermillion Girl Scout troops 439, 310, 179, 197 and 119 joined forces with other volunteers to help Vermillion Beautiful, Inc. plant red, white and blue flowers in the city's downtown business district Saturday morning. Thanks to the work of private contractors and city employees, a new sprinkling system will make watering the flower beds a much easier task, and guarantee that vibrant colors will brighten downtown throughout the summer.
