Wed in November

Wed in November Allison Lynn Anderson and Charles Kase Allison were married Nov. 3, 2001 at the United Church of Christ, Vermillion, with the Rev. Steve Miller officiating.

Parents of the bride are Ann Anderson, Webster, and Terry Anderson, Webster. The groom's parents are Pam and Jack Jacobsen, Vermillion, and Charlie Allison, Sioux Falls.

Special guests at the wedding were Marlus Olson, Milbank, grandmother of the bride, and LaVonne Wieland, Vermillion, grandmother of the groom.

The bride was escorted to the altar by her mother and father. Matron of honor was Keri Davis, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were C.J. Anderson, sister of the bride, Lisa Manning, Nicole Heinz, Melissa Meland and Kim Allison, sister of the groom.

Flower girls were Mikaela French and Shantel French. Personal attendants were Jamie Pence and Jenny French.

Best man was Tom French. Groomsmen were Mike French, Thad Manning, Mark Christensen, Kelly Manning and Rich Jahn. Ushers were Gary Gilbertson, Neil Gilbertson, Pete Jahn and Jeff Mount.

Soloist was Kim Allison, sister of the groom. Paul Davis, brother-in-law of the bride, and Karl Mockler were candle lighters. Wendy Johnson, cousin of the bride, and Sonja Johnson were flower attendants. Kelly Hortness and Alyssa Nolte attended the guest book.

A reception was held at Dakota Dunes Country Club. Hosts were Tom and Tammy Lundborg, uncle and aunt of the bride, and Rollie and Sue French.

Brad Olson and Nicki Zakrzewski, cousins of the bride, served punch. Special helpers were Sue Kimble and Jane Olson. Others assisting were John Maynes and Jeff Oftedal, uncles of the bride.

The couple traveled to the Caymen Islands for their wedding trip. They are at home in Vermillion.
