Ahhhhh! With temperatures nearing 100 degrees Monday, Tony Hubert, son of Jeannette and Joe Hubert of Vermillion, found relief by taking a dip in the city's swimming pool at Prentis Park. With temperatures nearing 100 degrees Monday, Tony Hubert, son of Jeannette and Joe Hubert of Vermillion, found relief by taking a dip in the city's swimming pool at Prentis Park. The spell of hot, dry weather was interrupted Monday night with welcomed rain. As an added bonus, weather system moved into southeast South Dakota Wednesday night, replacing hot and humid conditions with cooler, tolerable temperatures.
