Lewis and Clark celebration begins Friday Vermillion's annual Lewis and Clark celebration begins Friday with a Native American Tipi Raising Ceremony east of the DakotaDome from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The day ends with a Keel Boat Race and Builders Reception at Washington Street Arts Center, 202 Washington St., from 7 to 9 p.m. Other highlights include: Saturday, Aug. 24 � Powwow, 9 a.m.-10 p.m., adults $4, children $1; Spirit Mound Bus Tours, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., $5; Missouri River Paddle Trips 9 a.m.-2 p.m., adults $40, under 10 $10, with own kayak or canoe $20; Native American Artisans at W.H.
