Sprucing up Vermillion's downtown is looking a bit better, thanks to city workers and their machines. Vermillion's downtown is looking a bit better, thanks to city workers and their machines. They recently tore down the small building that once housed Marj's Place, a small diner located near City Hall. The structure has been vacant for several years following a fire that forced the eatery to move into a different building downtown.
