Kortan Leads USF Past Huron SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Nick Kortan ran 77 yards for a touchdown in the second quarter to lead the University of Sioux Falls in a 37-10 victory over Huron University on Thursday night.
Sioux Fall started out strong as Jon Burckhardt passed for two touchdowns in the first quarter. Huron did not get on the scoreboard until the second quarter, when Je Meltabarger kicked a 53-yard field goal.
Huron only scored one other time in the fourth quarter when Carson Gainey ran four yards for a touchdown.
