Gubernatorial forum is Oct. 16 The 49'ers Business Council will host a question and answer forum with South Dakota Gubernatorial candidates, Jim Abbott and Mike Rounds on Wednesday, Oct. 16. This event will be held at the Dakota Valley High School Auditorium, 1150 Northshore Drive, North Sioux City, at 7 p.m. with refreshments beginning at 6:45 p.m. Bob Grotenhuis, KMEG-TV news anchor, will be the moderator.
