Hope, Spike wed Heidi Suzanne Hope, Sioux City, IA, and Ronald Jay Spike, Kingsley, IA, were married Saturday, Aug. 31 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Sioux City.
Parents of the bride are Norman and Joann Rothman and Ronald and Eleanora Hope, all of Sioux City. Parents of the groom are Ronald and Ginger Spike, Vermillion.
Maid of honor was Tammy Wendt, friend of the bride. Matron of honor was Holly Frerichs, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kerry Hope, Chris Hope, Mindy Hope and Michele Hope, all sisters-in-law of the bride. Flower girl was Alex Hope, niece of the bride.
Best man was Jeff Baedke, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Chris Cole, friend of the groom, Sean Hope, brother of the bride, Dale Frerichs, brother-in-law of the bride, Justin Squier, friend of the groom, and Kerry Owings, friend of the groom. Ring bearer was Colton Spike, son of the bride and groom.
Ushers were Mike Hope, Brian Hope, C.J. Hope and Robert Hope, all brothers of the bride.
A reception was held at the American Legion Hall, Sergeant Bluff, IA.
The bride is employed at Midwest Community Credit Union, Morningside Branch. The groom is part owner of Siouxland Dent F-X. They reside in Sioux City.
