KELO will air story on local home’s restoration

KELO will air story on local home's restoration Local citizens wishing to learn more about last summer's efforts to restore the home of Vermillion citizen Jeff Nelson may tune to the 10 p.m. news at KELO TV Oct. 9.

The Sioux Falls station will air a story titled "A mission of love." The story will explain the volunteer efforts of South Dakota prison trusties, USD students, and several Vermillion citizens who helped gather fund and building materials and provided the manpower to repair Nelson's house.

Local citizens interviewed by the television station include Louie Fostvedt, Dick Sunde, Jere Chapman and Nelson.
