'Pricing for profit' meetings scheduled One-day "Pricing for Profit" seminars will be held in the S2 Field Education Unit on Thursday, Jan. 16, at the First English Lutheran Church, Lennox, and on Thursday, Jan. 23, at the Yankton County Extension Center. Programs both days run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Al May, Extension Economist from SDSU, will conduct the seminars. May will discuss the Farm Bill and its implication for profitability. He will also highlight old and new crop pricing strategies and storage.
Anyone interested may attend the free seminars. The programs are sponsored by the Cooperative Extension Service of SDSU and the S2 Field Education Unit.
