"I was pleased with our overall performance," said VHS coach Casey O'Connor. "Many of our young wrestlers did a great job.
"Ryan O'Connor at 103 ended the night 2-0," he continued. "We realize there are areas for improvement, but as a team we feel confident that improvements will be made every time we step on the mat."
O'Connor was also pleased with the JV wrestlers.
"I feel this is a good indication of our future wrestlers at VHS," he said.
