Conrad named PRIDE employee Cara Conrad, patient registration clerk, was selected as the Sioux Valley Vermillion Medical Center January 2003 PRIDE Employee of the Month. Conrad has been employed at Sioux Valley Vermillion Medical Center since January 2002.
"Very helpful to nurses, nursing assistants, families, patients and other departments. So tiny but mighty. Cara is pleasant to work with. No matter how hectic things may get, she stays calm. She is very orgnized with paperwork and patient charts. Cara is a dependable, hard working employee and displays great customer service! She is a great team player. She is a great asset to the (patient care) unit." These are just a few of the comments that were made in employee of the month nominations for Conrad.
"Cara is a dedicated and loyal employee and well deserving of the PRIDE Employee of the Month Award," said Jill Javers, patient registration director at Sioux Valley Vermillion Medical Center.
Conrad is a student at The University of South Dakota with a major in psychology and a minor in English. She is from Ponca, NE.
