Engaged Bruce and Nancy Votroubek, Spearfish, announce the engagement of their daughter Andrea to Vince Roche, son of Michael and Laura Roche, Vermillion.
Votroubek will graduate in May from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, with a B.A. in biology. Roche graduated from Augustana in 2000 with a B.A. in government and English, and will graduate in May from the University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville, VA. He has accepted a position with the Chicago firm of Kirkland and Ellis.
A Dec. 31 wedding is planned.
