SDPB to feature State of the State As the new administration unfolds in Pierre, South Dakotans can rely on the coverage provided by South Dakota Public Broadcasting for State of the State and continuous coverage of the legislature.
State of the State

On Tuesday, Jan. 14, Gov. Mike Rounds will deliver his first State of the State, beginning at noon on SDPTV, SDPR and online at sdpb.org. An encore of the address can be seen later that night at 10:30 p.m. on SDPTV.
Regular coverage of legislative happenings begins on Wednesday, Jan. 15 on South Dakota Public Television, Radio and on sdpb.org. SDPTV will provide regular coverage with Statehouse each weeknight at 10:30 p.m. SDPR will provide regular reports at 6:20 p.m. and sdpb.org will offer a host of information on the Web including archives of SDPR and SDPTV reports, live coverage of legislative committee meetings, e-mail notification of these meetings, as well as the floor coverage.
