Wed in January Trisha Helene Brodersen and Ryan Lee Justice were married Jan. 11 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Vermillion, with the Rev. Ed Anderson officiating.
Parents of the couple are Brad and Karol Brodersen, Vermillion, and Steven Justice and Leticia Justice, Ankeny, IA.
Maid of honor was Amber Washburn, Billings, MT. Bridesmaids were Kristin Leinen, Great Bend, ND, Angie Bjorkman, Vermillion, and Steph Swick, Vermillion.
Flower girl was Katy Huff, Ankeny, IA. The bride's personal attendants were Julie Wendell, Plano, TX, and Kathie Klenner, Freeman. Flower pinner was Lonna Larson, Vermillion. Sarah Spader, and Laura Burcham, both of Vermillion, attended the guest book.
Andy Justice, Ankeny, IA, was best man. Groomsmen were Tim Brodersen, Vermillion, Luke Ellis, Forest Lake, MN, and Matt Arend, Ankeny, IA. Ushers were Rusty Hughell, Omaha, NE, Josh Hamm, Macomb, IL, Grant Peterson, Parker, CO, Brett Bartling, Vermillion, Chad Stensaas, Vermillion, and Adam Horton, Vermillion.
Wedding music was provided by the vocal quartet of Tim Brodersen and Kristin Leinen, Ryan, Rob, Andy and Jeff Klenner, Freeman, and organist Christy Kimball.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in Vermillion with entertainment by Greg Hanson, Watertown. It was hosted by Keith and Sharon Fleischauer, Ottertail, MN, Stan and Terri Hamm, Macomb, IL, Day and Don Wendell, Plano, TX, and Jeff and Maxine Leinen, Great Bend, ND.
Punch was served by Natalie Tuetken, Iowa City, IA, and Kim Anderson, Mitchell. Cake was cut and served by Jenni Hamm and Kelly Vass, both of Macomb, IL.
The bride graduated in May, 2002, from Jamestown College with a bachelor of arts degree in nursing. She is currently working at Avera McKennan, Sioux Falls, as a NICU nurse.
The groom graduated from USD in December, 2002 with a degree in criminal justice. He is currently working at Volunteers of America in Sioux Falls.
The couple resides in Sioux Falls.
