First Dakota club to host Medicare seminar First Dakota Financial Center's FirstPartners Club will host "Know Your Medicare Rights" seminar on Wednesday, April 9 at 9:30 a.m. at the Silver Dollar Restaurant. Vicki Wheeler, communications director for South Dakota Foundation for Medical Care, will provide important information on Medicare and the rights that you have regarding your health care.
When you have Medicare you deserve to receive the care you need. You also have the right to be fully informed and to be involved in decisions about your care. This means you have the right to question decisions you think are not in your best interest. Plan to attend this seminar and find out more about reconsideration of a hospital discharge, preventative services that Medicare covers, and working together for quality health care. If you are interested in attending this seminar, please contact Laura Hollingsworth at 624-5555 by April 7.
