Shall be supervised by board of pardons/paroles and obey all rules, regulations and conditions imposed by them; 3. If defendant has financial obligations under this judgement, he shall work out a payment schedule with his parole officer; 4. Shall obey all federal, state, local and municipal laws and be a good law-abiding citizen in all respects; 5. Shall not consume/use/possess any alcohol, controlled drugs or marijuana; 6. Shall submit to breath/blood/urine testing at any time requested and shall be responsible for the costs of that testing; 7. Shall not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where sale of alcohol is primary business; 8. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by parole or law officer upon reasonable suspicion of a violation of this sentence; 9. Shall repay this county for all of his court appointed attorney fees; 10. Unless attending an approved educational or training program he must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job; 11. Shall support all dependents to the best of their ability; 12. May not own/possess any firearms or destructive devices and may not obtain a permit to carry a concealed weapon; 13. Shall participate in individual and group counseling during the term of his parole; 14. Shall take all opportunities in regard to appropriate individual and group counseling available during his term of incarceration; 15. Shall immediately pay the clerk of courts of this county, court costs for these proceedings.
