SDHDA announces additional HOME/Tax Credit application round The South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA) announces a second application round for HOME Funds and Housing Tax Credits (HTC). There are approximately $3,200,000 of HOME funds and $1,275,000 of Housing Tax Credits available for allocation.
All applications must be prepared in accordance with the HOME Program Allocation Plan or the SDHDA 2003 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), both dated December 2001. The HOME Plan and the QAP, which are required by the federal government, will be used as the basis for selecting proposals. Applications must be received at SDHDA no later than 5 p.m., June 30.
If after the June application cycle, tax credits remain unallocated or additional credits become available, eligible applicants will be accepted and considered for funding on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please refer to SDHDA's Web site www.sdhda.org for availability of funds.
