Missionaries will visit Wakonda July 19 Wakonda is welcoming some new vistors to the community July 19. Chet, Jodi, and Natalya Cataldo are missionaries helping in Lithuania working for the Global Ministries for the Methodist Church.
They have been in Lithuania since Jan. 10, 2000 and have enjoyed learning about its culture and surroundings.
Their role includes helping in the development of the church and leadership roles within the country and to share in fellowship.
Rev. Cataldo has served in many places besides Lithuania, including North Dakota, Illinois, and the Philippines.
The public is welcome to greet the Cataldos at the ice cream social and hear the family's stories of their experiences as missionaries.

July 20: 8:30 a.m. � Worship at the Wakonda United Methodist Church; 10 a.m. � Worship at the Irene United Methodist Church; 11 a.m. � Potluck at the Irene United Methodist Church.
