Red Cross meeting in Yankton The Yankton County Chapter of the American Red Cross will be holding an annual meeting for any interested individuals at the Territorial Capital Building, Riverside Park, Yankton, at 7 p.m. on July 30.

The special topic for the evening will be on surviving a disaster with a drawing for a first aid kit and a personal survival kit.
