Birth Jamie and Jonna Rohrbaugh of Vermillion announce the birth of their daughter named Cassandra Rae Rohrbaugh born Aug. 10 at 2:32 a.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 inches long at birth. She was greeted at home by her 6-year-old sister, Adrianna.
