Local music group to play at Riverboat Days Vermillion residents Dennis Nelsen and Mark Winegar have been invited to play music at Riverboat Days on Sunday, Aug. 17 from 4 to 6 p.m.
Nelsen and Winegar make up the musical duet called "Hickory Creek." They play folk and bluegrass music.
They perform a variety of songs, playing guitar, mandolin and banjo as a part of their performance.
Nelsen and Winegar have been playing together for over a year and enjoy performing for the public. They will be performing in the large tent near the concessions area at Riverboat Days.
