Placed on probation for eighteen (18) months; 2. Shall serve one hundred eighty (180) days in county jail beginning Sept. 2, 2003; 3. Driver license is revoked for one (1) year after his release from incarceration;

4. Shall be under the supervision of court services and shall obey all rules, regulations and conditions imposed by them even though they may not be set out in this court order; 5.

Shall obey all federal, state, local and municipal laws and be a good law-abiding citizen in all respects; 6. Shall not consume alcohol beverages of any kind, use/possess controlled substances or marijuana and

shall submit to urine/breath/blood testing at any time requested to do so by their probation officer and shall be responsible for the costs of that testing. Shall not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where the sale of alcohol is primary business; 7. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by their probation or law enforcement officers upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating provision of this sentence or of any probation agreement; 8. Shall pay all fines and costs imposed by this court; 9. Shall repay the state of South Dakota for costs of prosecution; 10. Shall obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with its recommendations for treatment and/or aftercare.

Possession two ounces of marijuana or less, dismissed � motion by prosecutor. Six months of sentence is suspended based on the following conditions: 1. Placed upon probation for one (1) year; 2. Driver license is revoked for a period of one (1) year after his release from incarceration; 3. Shall be under supervision of Board of Pardons and Paroles and shall obey all of their rules, regulations and conditions imposed by them even if not specifically set out by this court; 4. Shall obey all federal, state, local and municipal laws and be a good law-abiding citizen in all respects; 5. Shall not consume any alcoholic beverages, use/possess controlled substances or marijuana and submit to urine/breath/blood testing any time requested to do so by their parole officer and shall be responsible for the costs of that testing. May not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where the sale of alcoholic beverages is the primary business; 6. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by parole or law enforcement officers upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provisions of this sentence or of any parole agreement; 7. Shall repay the state of South Dakota for costs of prosecution; 8. He shall obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with its recommendations for treatment and/or aftercare to be done upon his release from the penitentiary; 9. Unless attending an approved educational or training program he must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support all of their dependents to the best of his ability; 10. Shall cooperate with all drug/alcohol counseling available while incarcerated.

Bobbie Jo Carley, 112 E. Cherry St. #108, Sioux Falls: Aiding and abetting grand theft � over $500, costs, five days jail. Conditions: 1. Jointly and severally liable for restitution of $1,400; 2. Shall be under supervision of court services and shall obey all their rules, regulations, conditions imposed by them even though they may not be set out by this court order. If she has financial obligation under this judgment, they shall work out a payment schedule with their probation officer; 3. Shall obey all federal, state, local and municipal laws and be a good law-abiding citizen in all respects; 4. Shall not consume any alcohol, use/possess controlled substances including marijuana and shall submit urine/breath/blood testing at any time requested to do so by their probation officer and shall be responsible for the costs of that testing. She may not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where the sale of alcohol is the primary business; 5. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by probation or law enforcement officers upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of this sentence or of any probation agreement; 6. Shall repay this county for all of their court appointed attorney fees; 7. Unless attending an approved educational or training program she must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support all dependents to the best of her ability; 8. Shall complete her GED by March 1, 2004 and enroll in and complete a parenting class approved by her court services worker.
