4-H thoughts from the Meckling Livestock 4-H Club Editor's note: Clay County's annual 4-H Recognition Event was Sunday, Nov. 16. Meckling Livestock won the Outstanding Club Award.
I figured out to succeed at stuff you don't wait, you work.
My communication skills learned from 4-H help me with every day life.
My 4-H journal will help me remember memories.
I learned you can find cool clothes for a cheap price.
I can use life skills learned in 4-H at school to become a better student.
I can do a lot more things than what I thought I could do.
Try my hardest it will pay off.
My 4-H journal will help me set my goals and plan how to reach them.
A major thing I learned from 4-H is be responsible for your actions.
I learned teamwork, community service, work, and fun.
Be a little creative once in a while and have fun doing it!
Things around the house can become great things.
Always be ready and be flexible.
Community service makes me feel good about helping others and makes you want to do more.
My 4-H journal helps me set my goals and plan how to reach them.
Do my best and try hard.
I learned how to listen and follow instructions.
4-H helps me to be a good person.
