Hunter gives back to the community

Hunter gives back to the community by Lindsay Nelson Wade Moody, from Petersburg, VA, journeys each year to Wakonda to hunt and socialize with friends.

He decided he wanted to give back to the community, so with the help of Mark Nelsen, they raffled off a gun Moody has owned since 1995.

The gun is a Beretta ST90 automatic shotgun, which had never been taken out of its original box. The raffle raised $640 which will go to benefit the Wakonda Community Pool and Park.

Terry Jensen, from Irene won the shotgun through the raffle.

Moody said, "Every year people let us hunt and I wanted to show support for the community by giving something back."
