Polls open 7 a.m. Tuesday Vermillion citizens are reminded that polls will open at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the National Guard Armory.
This special election was scheduled by the Vermillion City Council after citizens referred the alderman's decision to purchase and remodel Community First National Bank and use it as Vermillion's City Hall.
Polls will close at 7 p.m.
