Upcoming events include concerts, sports, conferences With the busy lives parents have with their children's schedules, these are some dates you should plan for.
Tuesday, Nov. 11 will be the day we honor our veterans in celebration of Veteran's Day. The program will begin at 10:30 a.m and a lunch will be served afterwards for all veterans.
November 13 from 2:30 to 8:30 p.m., parent/teacher conferences will be held. If you are a parent of a K-6 grader, your teacher will set up a time with you. High school conferences will held in the new gym with first come, first serve organization with the teachers. It is helpful if you bring the student's first quarter report card along.
On Monday, Nov. 24, high school girls' basketball season begins.
A data retreat in-service as part of No Child Left Behind legislation is scheduled for teachers on Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 25-26; therefore, there will be no school for students Tuesday through Friday. Thanksgiving break is Nov. 27-28.
High school boys' basketball begins Monday, Dec. 1.
The high school Christmas Concert will be held on Thursday, Dec. 4.
The elementary concert is scheduled for the following Monday, Dec. 11.
