Mitchell John Rivard, 327 N. Pine, Vermillion: Aggravated assault, recharged; Aggravated assault, costs, 10 years penitentiary. Eight years penitentiary is suspended based on the following conditions: 1. Shall cooperate with all alcohol counseling available in prison. 2. Shall be under supervision of Board of Pardons and Paroles and shall obey all rules, regulations and conditions imposed by them even though they may not have been specifically set out by this court. If he has financial obligations he must work out a payment schedule with parole officer and if deemed necessary, shall execute a wage assignment. 3. Shall obey all federal, state, local and municipal laws and be a good law-abiding citizen in all respects. 4. Shall not consume alcohol or use/possess any controlled drugs and marijuana. Shall submit to urine/breath/blood testing at any time requested to do so by their parole officer and shall be responsible for the costs of that testing. He may not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where the sale of alcoholic beverage is the primary business. 5. Shall be subject to random search and seizure by parole or law enforcement officers upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of this sentence or of any parole agreement. 6. Shall pay all fines and costs imposed by this court. 7. Shall make restitution to all victims. 8. Shall repay this county for all court-appointed attorney fees. 9. Shall obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with its recommendations for treatment and/or aftercare upon his release from prison. 10. Unless attending an approved educational or training he must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support all dependents to the best of his ability. 11. Shall send letter to his fraternity house requesting that it be read at a chapter meeting asking for no more harassment of the victim and pointing out what happened to him.
