Group plans February 13 fund raiser for after prom The Wakonda After Prom Committee will be holding a fund raiser on Friday, Feb. 13 at the Wakonda School.
A tailgate supper will be served from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the old gym and is sponsored by the Army National Guard. A free will donation will be taken at the door for the meal, consisting of pork loin sandwich, hashbrown casserole, vegetable, and beverage.
It is Parents Night and the Wakonda Warriorettes play the Hurley Lady Bulldogs beginning at 6:15 p.m. The After Prom Committee will also be serving ice cream sundaes during the ballgames.
Come on out and join us for a great meal and support your hometown Warriorettes and the Wakonda After Prom Committee.
