"Aramark provides more than extra income. They help people to learn responsibility, team work and other important skills that lead to more independent productive lives for people," O'Connor said.

Bob Lamb of Aramark described some key attributes for two of the employees at Aramark.

"Both Paul Stone and Tiffany Glenn have become integral parts of our daily food business here at the University of South Dakota's food service," he said. "They are both detail-oriented and hard working.

"Paul has been with the Food Service here for going on five years," Lamb said. "In that time, he has shown great growth and is now our dish room supervisor. Tiffany has only been with us for less than a year. But, in that year, she has developed into a very good employee."
