Byers awarded for sales Butch Byers, of Tabor was recently recognized by his employer, the Catholic Aid Association, for his outstanding work in sales. Byers serves the cities of Vermillion and Yankton and the surrounding area.
Byers, who joined Catholic Aid in 2001, recruited the highest number of new members among all of Catholic Aid's field representatives earning the Peter Loskiel New Member Award.
Catholic Aid is a St. Paul, MN, based not-for-profit fraternal benefit society that aims to: help Catholics and their families build a more stable and secure financial foundation; mobilize volunteers to help meet parish, school and community needs and provide funds and fundraising support for Catholic parishes and schools.
In addition to the Peter Loskiel award, Byers also earned the President's Club and Century Club awards. Both awards recognize field representatives who not only meet sales goals, but serve their community through Catholic Aid's fraternal programs.
