Most parents don't know that 1 in every 4 children under the age of 17 have received unwanted sexual materials online, according to the Journal of American Medical Association. Also, 1 in every 5 children under the age of 17 have received unwanted solicitation online, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
U.S. Customs estimates 77 million children in the United States will have Internet access by 2005.
In this presentation, participants will learn how to recognize how cyber predators lure and seduce children from their homes. They will also be able to protect their families from becoming victims.
