Odson performs with KU Intercollegiate Band Eleven University of Kansas Band students were selected to perform with the Kansas Intercollegiate Band in a concert in Wichita for the 2004 Convention of the Kansas Music Educators Association. The event was at 4:05 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, in the Century II Concert Hall.
The selected students included Catherine Odson, oboe, of Vermillion. Odson was a student of Lorrie Thomas of Vermillion and a 2003 graduate of Vermillion High School.
Odson joined almost 100 of her peers from the colleges and universities of Kansas at the state convention, where they rehearsed and performed the concert.
