Tap into SDSU with redesigned Web sites Four redesigned Web sites will help area residents tap into the resources available through South Dakota State University's College of Agriculture and Biological Sciences.
The new SDSU College of Agriculture and Biological Sciences Web site is at http://agbio.sdstate.edu/. The site discusses the three-part mission of SDSU as a land-grant university whose teaching, research, and Extension programs serve area residents.
The redesigned South Dakota Cooperative Extension Service Web site is at http://sdces.sdstate.edu/. The site keeps people apprised of the latest on educational topics important to South Dakota, such as West Nile Virus and drought recovery. The site includes links to other Extension Web sites.
The South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station Web site is at http://sdaes.sdstate.edu/. Federal law created ag experiment stations in South Dakota and every other state in 1887. The Web site will allow area residents to follow ongoing research on topics such as biostress, agricultural production, natural resources and conservation, people, biotechnology, and bio-based energy and industry.
