Engaged Bradley and Linda Swee, Vermillion announce the engagement of their daughter, Wendy Swee to Kevin Anstine, son of Rodney and Cyndy Anstine, Utica.

The future bride is a 1999 graduate of Vermillion High School and attended The University of South Dakota. She is employed at Wells Fargo Bank in Sioux Falls.

The groom-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Yankton High School and a 2004 graduate of Southeast Technical Institute. He is employed with Premier Garage in Sioux Falls. The couple is planning a July 24 wedding.
