The Bluffs Bulletin Board Seniors enjoy crisp golf day
March 30 was a crisp day for golf. In fact, it was a crisp, windy day, period. Fifteen seniors had a try at the back nine at The Bluffs and enjoyed the sunshine on this crisp March day.
Our winning team had a par 36 featuring a birdie 2 on #12 and giving a stroke back to the course with a 5 on #16. We congratulate Shorty Hanson, Jim Grabowski, Jack Stewart and Max Andersen for a great score on a tough day.
Prizes also went to the team of Ross Johnson, Jerry Sommervold, Jack Doyle and Maurice Erickson for a fine 38.
Next Tuesday the seniors will enjoy the fine golf course at The Bluffs, have our senior meal at noon and be on the course at 1 p.m. sharp. See you there.
