Shall be imprisoned in the South Dakota State penitentiary for a term of 2 1/2 years, there to be kept, fed and clothed according to the rules and discipline governing said institution and is remanded into custody of the sheriff of this county effective immediately for transportation to the penitentiary. 2. Drivers license is revoked for a period of two years following his release from incarceration. 3. Said sentence is to be served concurrently with Bon Homme and Yankton County sentences that defendant is currently serving, however, the defendant shall not receive credit on this sentence for that time previously served on Bon Homme and Yankton County sentences. 4. Shall avail himself of all chemical dependency treatment available to him in the penitentiary. Upon his release the defendant shall obtain a new chemical dependency evaluation and comply with any and all recommendations made pursuant thereto.
