Zoning change on city agenda The Vermillion City Council will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, July 19 in city hall.

The council will hold a public hearing on the vacation of 4th Street between Park Lane and Chestnut Street. It will also hear a continuation of the appeal of the building inspector's decision regarding a home at 432 High Street.

Under old business, the council will act on the second reading of an ordinance on a petition for a zoning change between West Duke and West S.D. Highway 50.

New business includes action on an airport hangar lease agreement, an engineering agreement for Phase 1 of Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements and approval of a Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant application.
