A new look

A new look A crew of workers from K & W Coatings, Elkader, IA, didn't need much time to make the old water tower located in Vermillion's downtown district look new again. On Wednesday, Aug. 4, workers could be seen climbing and swinging from the structure as they prepared it for a new coat of paint. By Saturday morning, Aug. 7, an employee put the final touches on the tank by inscribing the word "Vermillion" in bold, red letters.
