Directory to be updated Finding child care can be a problem for many parents in Clay County and the surrounding area. To help alleviate the situation, the Clay County Cooperative Extension Service is updating a directory of local childcare providers.
People who are currently providing home or center child care services and would be interested in being included in the new directory may contact the Clay County Extension Office at 677-7111 or stop by the office at 515 High Street, Vermillion. Listings will be accepted until Aug. 31.
The new directory should be available by the end of September for persons interested in child care services.
