Blood drives scheduled here The Community Blood Bank Bloodmobile from Sioux Falls will be holding blood drives in Vermillion in October:

* Wednesday, Oct. 6, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Coyote Student Center, USD campus.

* Thursday, Oct. 7, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Coyote Student Center, USD campus.

Donors must be at least 17 years of age, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in general good health. The donation process on the bloodmobile takes only 25-30 minutes.

The Community Blood Bank of Sioux Falls is the sole supplier of blood and blood products to Sioux Valley Vermillion Medical Center. Donating blood with Community Blood Bank of Sioux Falls directly supplies Sioux Valley Vermillion Medical Center.
